About the Region

The Yorkshire and the Humber region is comprised of 17 branches distributed accross the County. Visitors and new members will be made most welcome at any branch. See the list at the bottom of this page to find a branch near you. Different branches meet on different days of the week and at various times of the day, so check to see which ones you can attend.

Our Regional Magazine gives branch news, articles and event information for our area and illustrates our activities for the forthcoming year.

Submission deadlines for the 2010 edition are:
Members articles, news, projects and photographs - 31st July 2009
Advertisements - 31st July 2009
Diary dates, Branch and Young Embroiderers' News (for the period Aug 2008 to July 2009, Around 150 words) - 31st August 2009

These dates are published in the magazine and will be the same each year. Please send in your branch news in good time. All pictures submitted of people or their work should have the permission of the featured person or artist.
