Cord Making Day
Members will show different ways of making cords - your chance to try making cords and experimenting with no pressure. Cost - £10.00
February 3rd

A couple of members will be demonstrating dyeing, so you can join in a bit, just watch / take notes, or carry on with your work. A Members W/shop day will follow up on this.

'Emboss, punch, shine & stitch'(Working with Metals in Embroidery) with Enid Davies
Everyone who went on the 'working with wood' w/shop knows what a good tutor Enid is and all thoroughly enjoyed the day - there are a few spaces left so give it a go and be inspired by Enid

Needle weaving (with beads) - Peyote Stitch with Ellie Tourlamain
This workshop will be held at Sparkletree shop, Narberth. We will be learning a technique using peyote stitch to apply a flat stone to fabric, this can be cut off to make a piece of jewellery, applied to a piece of embroidery or left on the fabric to work around.
Cost - £20.00 and this includes all materials

Suitable for all levels of experience and structured so that students may experiment and learn a range of techniques for creating original fabrics and methods of adding surface decoration.
Sheila Smith is the author of Embellish, Felt & Stitch, check it out!
N.B. You must have an Embellisher or access to one for this w/shop.
