The Lincoln Bailgate Branch of the Embroiderer's Guild is pleased to announce that their June speaker will be Annette Emms, who will be talking about her exceedingly popular "Fairy Shoes".
Tickets will be available for this Friday night talk at a cost of £5.00 per person, for non-branch members. The meeting will start at 7:00 pm prompt. Lincoln Bailgate Branch is pleased to announce that Paddy Killer will be giving a talk at our May meeting on Friday 29th May 2009 on "Working with Fluffly Black Cats".

The price for tickets are: £5.00. We also have 4 places left on Paddy's workshop on the Saturday. Cost for this is £22.00. The subject of this workshop will be: "The Ornamental Machine" - using ornament such as that found in stately homes; Owen Jones, Meyer, Speltz etc., as inspiration to create surface patterns and textures.
If you are interested in the workshop, please contact Annette immediately, as we expect these last few places to go very quickly.
