This was an entry for the DeDenne competition from Jody who is 14, called 'Hippy Movement' and achieved an award for the East Midlands and was displayed at the Fashion and Embroidery Show at Harrogate.

19th January 2008 - Christine Plummer ~ Animals from the Lutterell Psalter.
Interpreting illustrations from this very old book which derives its origins in Lincolnshire. Using felts, sheers, sequins and beads. Later to be exhibited at The Collection in Lincoln.
15th March 2008 - Michele Mohoney ~ Jewellery.
Come along and learn how to make some unusual jewelery using wires, beads, felt and buttons.
17th May 2008 - Carole Biggin ~ Felting.
Felting with scrim, fabric and thread.
19th July 2008 - Michele Maloney ~ Angelina fibres.
Using angelina to make sheets of paper incorporating fibres and stitch, then making vessels, embellishing with wire and beads.

Making silk paper and fibres with chiffon, gilding and stitching.
15th November 2008 - Christine Plummer ~ Christmas garlands.
An unusual garland of stars and beads made from fabrics and sheers, then bonded and stitched together to make different sized stars strung together with bonded beads.
